Órale! Let's start the return process:

1. Check your item: Before initiating a return, please make sure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached. 

2. Please make sure to pack your item securely, just like a treasure chest, to ensure its safe return.

3. Drop off your package at a shipping location of your choice and send it back to our return adress.

4. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will initiate your refund within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
